Christer Berens recomends the wineTo a course as delicate as delicate as king crab its best with finesse full wines with discreet or no oak flavour. Wines like this you can often find in the cooler wine countries like the north of France, the north of Italy, Austria or Germany.
![]() The citrus butter gives this course a nice acidulous flavour that with the sweet crab meet makes a well made Mosel wine from Germany would be perfectly suited. One of the Mosel stars is Georg Breuer. He makes characteristic wine with fullness and subtlety. Not semi dry wines with low alcohol like most wine producers in that area, but rather almost dry wines with more alcohol and a fantastic lively citrus flavour, that is perfectly suited for this king crab course. Christer Berens recommends the two following wines from Georg Breuers sortiment: *Georg Breuer Riesling Sauvage 2005 item number: 2075001, 135NOK *Georg Breuer Riesling Terra Montosa 2005 item number: 152420, 240NOK
