Norwegians are seeking new destinations for adventure and recreation. Comfortable hotels, good service, food and wine are emendatory. Spa is a trend, in addition to other adventures combined with the stay. Blue sea, warm beaches, golf, safari, scuba diving and nature adventures are all important ingredients in a Norwegians luxury adventure.

Shopping is also important, but mostly for those who choose a destination in or close to big cities.

Norwegians are among the wealthiest in the world

Every year UNDP desing the report Human Development Report, where the world’s countries are ranged by the degree of human development. (page 295) In this report they look at income, education and average time of life.

It is a fact that Norwegians have high demands when going on vacation – and the Norwegians can afford it!

Quality and luxury is a main trend and will be for a long time, because the Norwegian economy is very strong and stabile. The countries oil income gives a stabile and healthy economy and this tendency will last for many years.
