Great Travel

Bhutan
Bhutan is the world’s only Buddhist kingdom that lies by the Himalayas and borders to Tibet in the north, Sikkim in the West and India in the south. This is a unique country with a unique culture minimally affected by the west. They even have laws that aim to keep the traditional culture, and clear boundaries for how many tourists that is to be let in every year. The country is about the same size as Switzerland, have a lot more inhabitants, and even more magic. The air is crystal clear and pure, the architecture is distinctive and exiting, the religion is mystical and exotic, and the art is conspicuous. The people are very proud of their unique culture, and are happy to share it with the visitors. A lovely little kingdom!

Sikkim
From Bhutan we cross the boarder in the west and end up in Sikkim, which is a part of India. And the part that probably is the least visited lies along Himalaya’s hillsides. Less visited by tourists and therefore very authentic and interesting. Sikkim is an old kingdom, almost completely integrated in India. A colourful country, that is a lot different than most have ever experienced. The nature is stunning! The world’s third highest mountain, Kanchenjunga, is always noticeable in central parts of Sikkim. This trip is recommended to people that wish to experience a different destination.

Turkey
Turkey is an underestimated country. Historically it has been the natural centre of civilisation for thousands of years. The country has a history that is as long and exiting as Egypt’s, and at least as colourful with elements of Greek, Roman, Christian and Muslim culture. Turkey is also a land with wonderful nature – from great mountains to an extremely beautiful coastline. Few countries in our part of the world can show the same contrasts as Turkey. No matter what you wish to get out of your trip, beautiful nature, old rocks, history, shopping or sunbathing, you can find it in Turkey. This country has it all – in addition to an exotic kitchen and a great climate.
