Taiba is an amazing village. Here there live 2500 people, local fishermen and Brazilians with summer houses, side by side. The nice local impression is well kept, but the wealthy people that have bought properties and built summer houses, have contributed to restore the village with paving stone streets and redecorated facades. This is a clean, nice area with five really great restaurants and nice shopping possibilities. But there is only 65km to the big city if you really want to go shopping.
The project area has a park in the centre with a swimming pool for everyone, cyber café, spa and fitness area, a store, tennis courts, basketball courts and miniature golf. This area is also one of the best places in the world for kiting and surfing. They are also building an 18hole golf course along the beach 10 minutes from Taiba.
The worlds best climate
The sizes of the houses vary from 32m² in the smallest apartments to 176m² in the villas. The price is about 350 000Nok for the 2 room apartments and 2,4millionNok for the beach villas. The climate in Taiba is one of the best in the world. The village is only 400kilometer from equator and there is 28-32ºC all year. When you combine the great climate and the agreeable local environment, lovely palm beaches and delicious Brazilian food, Taiba is quite perfect.
