Norway is trendy! Says the general secretary in the Norwegian tourist association. She is convinced that the Norwegian tourism market will continue to grow in the coming years. With our climate friendly attitude, our green image and our stunning and unique nature, tourists will come to Norway and Norwegians will choose to have their vacations in their home country. People want more than sunshine and a beach. They want to combine vacation with keeping healthy and staying active. Mountain walks, scuba diving, mountain biking, glacier walking, hut to hut trips, climbing, etc. All of these are activities that are becoming more and more popular.
