It may be wrong to ask people to enjoy a good coffee! Coffee is almost a synonym to moments people enjoy. Many connect a cup of coffee to a break,- a little stop in the day, a precious moment where they close their eyes and take a long, hot, stimulating sip of coffee. That can be an everyday pleasure!

A passionate hobby!

It’s not easy to become a coffee expert. The experts at the coffee producers have many years of experience. But if you make coffee drinking in to a hobby, you will notice that coffee have many different flavours. The best thing about this hobby is that it can be done almost anywhere at any time. In time you will probably be able to taste the difference between different brands and types of coffee. You will be able to decide the grade of acidulousness and fullness and if the coffee has balance and aftertaste. When you can taste all of this you are on your way to becoming a coffee expert and coffee experts are only people with patience and love for coffee.

Good coffee is easy!

No one can prescript what is good or even the best coffee. If you are fortunate and have a good coffee maker it should give you coffee prepared at the right time and temperature. With other words a coffee maker that extract the best flavours and aromas from the coffee you use. Not too little, not too much!

All you need is a coffee you like and dosage about 60g of coffee per litre of water. Always use fresh coffee, cold fresh water and clean equipment!

Never before have there been so many variations of coffee on the Norwegian market! Use the opportunity to explore and to find your favourite. You may prefer on type for breakfast, another for dinner and a third for a special occasion?

Go for quality

Have you ever thought of how cheap coffee really is? Probably only spring water is cheaper to serve! But stay away from the cheapest types. You might want to buy small packages so that the coffee is as fresh as possible when you prepare it. (The coffee should be used within a week after the package is opened) Life is too short to drink bad coffee!
