Grupo Mall, the Spanish developer known for its singular projects, is constructing Los Faros de Panama, a development in which 450 million euros will be invested, and which will create 2.000 jobs when operating.

Los Faros de Panama, which is predicted to become a landmark in the capital due to its impressive height and avant-garde design, will consist of over 500.000 square meters of constructed surface, built on a plot of approximately 34.000 square meters and located in the privileged area adjacent to the Bay of Panama, the Metropolitano Omar Park, the Natural Metropolitano Park and the financial district.

The development will consist of three towers: the lateral towers will be 290 meters high and the central tower will reach the height of 346 meters and 85 floors, which makes it the currently highest residential building existing in the world. The three skyscrapers, which are to be completed in the beginning of 2010, form a complex which will include 1.752 apartments, a casino, a large shopping centre, leisure areas for its residents, modern sport facilities, various restaurants and parking facilities with 3.035 spaces. Furthermore, it will include a luxurious five star hotel with 305 rooms, one which the leading hotel brands worldwide have shown an interest in managing.
