The peninsula La Manga, with the nickname little Florida, has long great beaches with dwelling complexes lined up. This is a popular area for Norwegians.

New airport

The prognoses says that 10 000 Norwegians are to buy dwelling abroad in the nearest future. 30 percent of these want to go to Spain. Firstline Group is among the largest actors in Norway and will probably capture a lot of the buyers. Because they are in the middle of an area in development and because this is an area that will be very available through the new airport Corvera in 2009. It is only 15minutes away from the Trampolin Hills, which is by the sea, but 15 minutes west for Murcia City. Here they are building a stunning construction, a golf resort with 2500 apartments and villas, golf course, international school, stores, hospital, restaurants, etc. The apartments will cost from 900.000Nok till 1.1millionNok.

60 Golf courses

In the Costa del Sol are there are 65 golf courses. In Murcia there are currently 15 finished, 25 projects and 20 more in planning. So there will be approximately 60 golf courses in a few years.
